Known for her vibrant personality and attention to detail, Serenity brings her “extra” energy into everything she does. She believes in going beyond the ordinary, offering extra care, extra time, and extra patience to ensure every client feels valued, understood, and truly transformed. Her creativity shines through in every aspect of her work, from the artistry of hairstyling to the overall client experience.

She manages bookings, rescheduling, and client communication, making sure every guest feels well-informed and cared for at every stage.
