If we have your bundles in stock, your order will be shipped within 2-3 days.

For hair extension orders that are not in stock, the standard processing and shipping time is 16–18 business days.
This timeframe begins once your payment has been successfully processed. Please note that processing time and delivery speed may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and your destination.

Once your order has been placed and payment is complete, it cannot be changed or canceled, as we immediately begin processing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
